“We had booked a nights stay for the Newcastle Festival of Flight and we were delighted with everything, from start to finish. Lovely location, rooms were excellent and finished to a high standard. Very clean and it’s clear that it’s something that they take very seriously, because from arrival to departure, we just couldn’t fault the service, friendliness of the staff and quality of our accommodation.
